Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the OkiDocky app, published by LikeHome srl, VAT no. 12139660968, Via Guicciardini 2/2, 31049 Valdobbiadene (TV), Italy ("we"). By downloading or using OkiDocky you accept them. They apply together with Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The app

OkiDocky lets you note where you put your things. The download is free. The free plan includes up to 10 active items, collections, search, notes, emoji, trash, sharing, and data export/import.

OkiDocky+

OkiDocky+ unlocks unlimited items and collections, GPS location, iCloud sync and backup, Face ID lock, multi-select and custom emoji for collections. It is available in two ways, with the same features:

Payment is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds and billing follow Apple's rules (reportaproblem.apple.com). Prices may vary by country and may change; Apple will always notify you of a subscription price change before renewal.

Your data stays yours

If your subscription ends or you go back to the free plan, the items you have already saved remain visible, searchable and editable, even beyond the free plan's limits. Only adding new items beyond the limit is blocked. You can always export all your data.

Fair use

OkiDocky is meant for personal use. Do not use it for illegal purposes, and do not attempt to modify, decompile it or bypass its purchase checks.

Liability

We do our best to make OkiDocky work well, but the app is provided "as is". Your data is stored on your iPhone: we recommend exporting a backup from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data or items, or for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Trademark

OkiDocky® is a registered trademark in the European Union. The app's name, logo and design belong to LikeHome srl.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
